The Challenge
In a commercial kitchen, every second counts. Right before the delivery cutoff, La Venta's legacy portal regularly crashed under peak load, causing failed orders, extra support calls, and direct revenue loss. A modern portal that stays online no matter how busy the kitchen gets was urgently needed.
The Solution
We built a brand-new B2B ordering portal, decoupled from the internal ERP system, so the website loads in a fraction of a second and never crashes under load. Chefs get a quick-order interface built for mobile and tablet, and the support team a live dashboard to take over orders the moment a customer calls.
