The Challenge

The Solution
We designed and built a brand-new, frictionless B2B ordering portal. By completely decoupling the presentation layer from the internal ERP administration system, the website now loads in a fraction of a second and can never crash during traffic spikes. For chefs on the kitchen floor, we developed a simplified quick-order interface optimized for mobile and tablet devices. In addition, the support team received a real-time impersonation dashboard to view active carts and take over orders instantly when a customer calls.

To prevent the portal from slowing down or crashing during peak hours, we decoupled the frontend from the core database. Products, stock levels, and price matrices are continuously synced in the background and served from a high-speed cloud buffer.
This eliminates heavy, direct database queries when chefs browse products. Even during intense traffic spikes right before the order cutoff, the website remains 100% stable, fast, and secure.
