Our own platform runs the entire webshop operation.
AutoSound24 is our own car-audio webshop, live in several European countries. Off-the-shelf webshop software kept frustrating us, so we built LEUPEN OS ourselves: one platform driving the shops, product management, the warehouse and every order. Tailored exactly, because we are the users.
AutoSound24 sells car audio across several countries, each with its own language, currency and pricing. With off-the-shelf webshop software that became a patchwork of separate shops, plugins and tools. Stock, prices and orders had to be kept in sync by hand, and the very actions we perform a hundred times a day just were not possible the way we wanted.
Add a physical warehouse, supplier backorders, returns and an accounting integration, and you see why disconnected systems caused friction every day. We wanted one system that understands the entire operation.
We built LEUPEN OS: our own e-commerce platform, fully tailored to how we work. One codebase holding the backoffice and the storefronts, on top of a single product database. Because we use the system ourselves every day, we designed out every friction point, from booking in stock to preparing a shipment.
- One backoffice for catalog (PIM), stock (WMS), orders (OMS) and the shops, without separate subscriptions.
- Enter products once; the right language, currency, price and VAT go live per country automatically.
- Built around our own workflow, so every daily action feels logical and lightning-fast.
The worklist at the heart
Every order from every country shop lands in one worklist. Smart "lanes" sort them automatically by what needs doing: pack, order a backorder, await delivery, review a return or invoice.
Each order card shows the status, amount, channel and next action at a glance. So the back office always knows what to do first, without hunting.
- Automatic lanes: from "to pick" to "ready to ship"
- All brands and countries in one flow, filterable per channel
- From payment and packing slip to shipping label and return in one order screen
Product management exactly our way
The Catalog is our own PIM, with a product editor built entirely to the content manager's wishes. Everything around a product sits on one screen: specifications, media, bundles and variants. We bundle separate products into a complete package, or manage a single product with multiple variants, for example different amperages for one fuse.
Underneath sits everything a smooth operation needs: customs data such as HS code and TARIC for hassle-free international shipping, price calculators that automatically work out dealer prices for our B2B arm alongside consumer prices, and stock and warehouse-location management down to the unit. The Channels panel also decides which country shops a product goes live in.
- Tailored product editor: bundles, variants, media and specifications on one screen
- Customs data (HS code, TARIC) for hassle-free international shipping
- Price calculators with automatic dealer pricing, plus stock and location management per unit
The warehouse in your pocket
A mobile warehouse app runs on the floor. Scan a barcode to book in stock, move between locations, or find in seconds where an item sits, with bin locations and count corrections.
Every movement flows straight into stock and automatically resolves open backorders. Stock, warehouses and movements are traceable down to the unit in the backoffice.
- Barcode scanning for receiving, moving and lookup
- Bin locations, count corrections and an undo window on every movement
- Booking in stock instantly resolves open backorders
Same platform, every market
The public webshops load lightning-fast and adapt per country: own language, currency, prices and delivery promises, all from the same central data. With the vehicle picker customers instantly find products that fit their car.
Adding a new market is a matter of configuration, not rebuilding. That is how AutoSound24 already runs across several European countries from the same platform.
- Own language, currency, VAT and delivery promise per country
- Vehicle fitment: customers see whether a product fits their car
- Launch a new country shop without building a new webshop
Does this fit my car? Instant answer.
Customers pick their car (make-model-trim) and on every product page instantly see whether it fits: a green "Fits your car" badge, or a clear warning when something does not.
Fitment data lives centrally in the platform, so a direct-fit set shows exactly which trims and makes it fits, including adapters and with no cutting or drilling. We put a lot of time and effort into this fitment process, precisely because fitment information online is often unclear and very hard for customers to find. It saves our customer service an enormous amount of time.
- Green fitment badge and "My car" context throughout the shop
- Mismatch warning that redirects to products that do fit
- Fewer returns and higher conversion through up-front certainty
From license plate to tailored quote
A customer enters their license plate and a quote wizard starts that already knows the car. In four steps (Car, Wishes, Contact, Photos) they describe what they want, pick a budget and whether they want it installed.
This brings in fully-scoped installation requests (from € 500), including workshop fitting at an hourly rate. It works wonderfully for us: thanks to the license plate our specialists know exactly which car they are working with, and everything lands in one place instead of scattered across email, WhatsApp and phone calls, which makes it far easier to manage. We also reuse earlier quotes easily for the upgrades that come up often. That way it delivers qualified leads for the higher-value, complete audio upgrades.
- Four-step wizard that carries the car over from the license plate
- Budget quick-picks and a choice between professional fitting or DIY
- Qualified installation leads instead of loose enquiries
All your data in one dashboard
Revenue, margin, orders, customers, Google Ads and Meta Ads: everything flows together via integrations and APIs into one analytics dashboard. Filter instantly by brand, country or period.
But it goes beyond marketing: we also see how we are doing operationally (are we meeting our delivery promises, where does it stall?) and which products and categories perform best. That kind of insight is missing from most off-the-shelf systems.
- Live integrations with Google Ads, Meta Ads, orders and customer data
- Operational insight: are we meeting our delivery promises, and where does it stall?
- Best-performing products, categories, brands and countries, insight standard systems lack
The Result
The whole operation now runs from one system that fits exactly how we work. A new product goes live in every country shop with a single publish, the warehouse books in stock from a phone, and orders flow out through a clear worklist. And there is much more built in: an AI search assistant (Gemini) that guides customers to the right product, automatic purchasing advice that flags what to reorder, real-time translations for every country shop, and an in-house print station for labels and documents. This tailored approach, software built around your way of working, is what we deliver for other companies too.
