The client needed a centralized system to replace fragmented manual processes. They required an internal dashboard for scheduling and tasks, coupled securely with a client-facing portal and a public portfolio.

A custom ERP is worthless without an engine to feed it. We designed a blazing fast, high-end e-commerce style website to translate the luxury showroom experience digitally. Maximum performance and flawless Lighthouse SEO scores guarantee visibility on local search terms.
Through strategically placed, frictionless conversion elements (like the floating showroom appointment widget), we lower the threshold for leads. As soon as a visitor books an appointment, it is immediately dispatched as a ticket into the Backoffice.

The beating heart of HiRas is the central nervous system: a sleek internal dashboard built purely for operational speed. Instead of scattered emails and sticky notes, all showroom requests land in a clean inbox.
With one click, a request turns into a live project. From here, the planner directs the entire process: from managing files (with seamless in-browser image editing) to the central drag-and-drop calendar where technicians are scheduled.

For the consumer, the service doesn't end after the showroom visit; it's where it begins. Once the project is live, the client receives access to a secure, exclusive portal.
In this high-end environment, all lines of communication converge. Clients can view approved blueprints, check their scheduled installation dates, and easily consult with the store via the integrated live chat.
